SEO is constantly changing, and in 2022 we need to make sure we take a few things into account. The first is google’s passage ranking update.
This update is Google telling us long-form content is here to stay. Keep organizing your content sections because they might be star players in 2022.
The second thing is authority. Authority in SEO has always been tied to link-building. In 2022, SEO authority will look a little different. In this video i cover both EAT – Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness as well as Topical authority with a few examples of how to do each correctly.
The last thing I talk about is Video & Youtube SEO. Video will continue to grow and continue to take over google search. That’s why it’s important to not fall behind – and start producing video content that is optimized for search.
Lot’s of things to talk about in this video, there’s also a bunch I didn’t cover – but i feel these are the SEO trends that will be the most relevant for 2022.
Also theres a video coming soon on how to optimize your content for featured snippets – So definitely subscribe you don’t wanna miss that.
