To delete a business from Google Maps, you cannot remove the listing directly, even if you own it. Deleting your Google Business Profile won’t remove the business either. Instead, mark your business as permanently closed by editing the opening hours in the Google Business Profile. If you no longer have access, search for your business in Maps and suggest it as permanently closed. Be cautious with methods that claim to delete the profile, as they may lead to future suspensions. It’s ironic that Localboss app requires permission to access your data but can’t delete your listing.
