SEO tools are tools which combine different components in order to automate a process or make it easier. Search engines generally include these tools in search results and some (like Google Product Searches) actually pay money for them. Unfortunately, very few of them work as advertised and become involved in non-sensical terms like "Accelerating Searches!" or even advertising: "Checkout the tool that auto-saves results!". But they are effective enough at SEO optimization; they tell you how you should do searching during the sites’ first POPU and how users should behave when coming to your site's pages.
