Hi everyone. In this video we are gonna discuss a case study wherein we help one of our clients offering tools and travel services to generate more leads online through organic SEO. According to Google, leisure travelers use search engines more than any other online platform to plan their trips.

So in this scenario, how do you get on the top of search engines? How would the travelers be able to find your websites? This is what we gonna talk about next.

So the first step was to find the most relevant key phrases to be targeted. And for this we relied heavily on market research along with top competitor analysis. The keyword were selected on the basis of services being offered by the client. These included shore excursions, city tours And package tours.

So once the keywords were finalized, we started working on the on page SEO part, wherein titles, metas descriptions, all tags all were improved upon. From technical SEO perspective, We did work on optimizing the loading speed of the website. The loading speed of the website on mobile phones, as well as desktops was not up to the mark.

So we did work upon the following to fix that up. After doing some research, we advised the client to update their hosting services. The hosting services they were using were not appropriate. We then worked on combining these scripts. External Java scripts, external CSS and images using CSS Sprites to avoid repeated time Consuming RTT. Coding on the website was also revamped to help update the loading speed.

We did work on coding part of the webpages, so the server sends first the data necessary to display above the fold content. Even if a page is incomplete, the user will experience the content as ready sooner. We also optimized and minified the CSS as well as JS files. This was done to eliminate redundant or simply irrelevant data without affecting how a page displays.

We used G Zip compression to reduce the page weight. This helped to improve the mobile loading speed. Apart from the technical SEO setup, of course, backlinks were worked upon to gain Google’s trust and improve upon the rankings for the website. After diligent work over a couple of months, the results were there to be delivered to the client, new users to the website improved by 180%, and sessions improved by almost 300%.

Page views also improved. Along with that, there was reduction in terms of bounce rate, and after working diligently for the loading speed, we were able to up it considerably. Finally, we were able to generate 550 leads for the client.
