1. Crawling: Crawling is the process of following links on a page to new pages and then continuing to find and follow links on new pages to new pages. A web crawler is a piece of software that follows all of the links on a page, leading to new pages, and repeats the process until it runs out of new links or pages to crawl.
2. Indexing: Indexing is storing and organizing the information found on the pages. The bot renders the code on the page in the same way a browser does. It catalogs all the content, links, and metadata on the page.
3. Quality of the content: If a website is getting a backlink from an authoritative website, then Google will consider my content as relevant and qualitative.
4. Usability: Google assesses various parameters such as if your web page is user-friendly, whether your website is compatible with all browsers, is your website compatible with all devices, etc.
When it comes to pages delivering medical information google treats those pages differently, they call them “your money your life pages.”
